| The proposed ordinances were edited from the book of ordinances purchased from the City of Alex several years ago. It was altered to suit the needs of Bradley. Feel free to read the text at your leisure, but keep in mind it has not been adopted. The only enforceable ordinance we currently have on file is sales tax. |

Record requests are approved or denied by the Town Attorney. If there is no written response within 30 days, or public records are refused/withheld, file a petition Pro Se at the Grady County Courthouse. You can only sue for records you have requested with a dated Open Record Request. The filing fee is $164.14 for Civil Miscellaneous.
